📢 WE ARE HIRING - Software Engineer (AI Development) 📍 Denpasar, Bali About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer to help design and build AI-powered tools and systems that support our growing group of businesses. This role is hands-on — you'll be building the actual applications and integrations that bring AI into our daily operations, from internal automation to smarter workflows across business units. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications and internal tools Integrate AI/LLM APIs (e.g. Claude, OpenAI) into business systems and workflows Develop automation solutions that combine traditional software engineering with AI capabilities Build and maintain data pipelines to support AI features (data collection, cleaning, structuring) Collaborate with different business units to identify where AI can solve real operational problems Test, evaluate, and iterate on AI features based on real-world performance and feedback Stay current with AI tools, frameworks, and best practices, and recommend what's worth adopting Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of professional software development experience Proficient in at least one modern programming language/stack (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications (chatbots, automation, data processing, etc.) Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Zapier) is a strong plus Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and version control (Git) Understanding of prompt engineering and working with LLMs in production settings Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on ambiguous, evolving problems Good communication skills — able to explain technical/AI concepts to non-technical colleagues Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Willing or placement in Denpasar, Bali Nice to Have Experience building AI products or features from concept to deployment Background or interest in machine learning fundamentals Experience in a scaling company or multi-business-unit environment What We Offer Ground-floor opportunity to shape how AI is used across a diverse business group Direct impact on operations across hospitality, recruitment, and energy sectors Room to grow into a more senior AI/engineering leadership role as our AI initiatives scale Interested?
