Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 6 to 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, or related roles. Experience in design and develop robust Python scripts and parse SQL scripts. Experience in design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT processes to collect and process large datasets from diverse sources. Pipeline Orchestration: Implement workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow to automate data tasks and monitor pipeline stability and performance. Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain database architectures, including data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and data lakes. Data Quality: Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle by developing and implementing data validation and cleansing routines. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business analysts, to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions. Optimization & Automation: Continuously evaluate and improve existing data processes to optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability. Deployment: Assist with deploying machine learning models into production environments. Good to Have: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain the robust, scalable systems and pipelines that collect, process, and store data for analysis and business use. Data Pipeline Development & Management: Building and maintaining automated Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) or Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) pipelines that move data efficiently and reliably from various sources to storage systems. Data Storage & Warehousing: Designing and managing data architecture, including relational and NoSQL databases, data warehouses (like Snowflake or Amazon Redshift), and data lakes, optimizing them for performance, cost, and accessibility. Data Cleansing & Transformation: Cleaning, transforming, and validating raw, messy data into a structured and usable format for data scientists and analysts. Performance Optimization: Monitoring the stability and performance of data systems and optimizing queries, storage, and processing for speed and scalability. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with data scientists, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective, data-driven solutions. Automation and Scripting: Utilizing Python and other scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks and improve overall system efficiency.
