Systems QA Engineer

We are hiring a Systems QA Engineer to validate the reliability and end-to-end behaviour of SendOS. SendOS is an AI operating system for business that connects AI agents, workflows, cases, permissions, approvals, integrations, licensing, tenancy, and audit into one controlled runtime. This role is responsible for testing how SendOS services, infrastructure, integrations, and user flows work together as one complete system. Responsibilities• Test end-to-end business and system flows• Validate communication between services, queues, databases, and integrations• Test reliability, recovery, and failure scenarios• Validate deployments across testing, staging, and production environments• Perform regression, integration, and release testing• Verify logs, alerts, monitoring, and audit records• Identify system-level defects and integration risks• Support release sign-off and production validation Technical environmentREST APIs, event-driven systems, AWS Lambda, ECS Fargate, SQL Server, DynamoDB, Redis, SQS, EventBridge, Keycloak, logging, monitoring, and automated testing tools. Requirements• Experience in system, integration, or end-to-end testing• Understanding of APIs, databases, queues, and distributed systems• Experience testing failure and recovery scenarios• Ability to analyse logs and trace issues across services• Test-automation experience is preferred• Strong analytical and documentation skills SalaryUp to S$2,500 per month.
