Software Engineer

Job Description Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Java Spring Boot. Implement and work with DevOps approaches, including containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes or OpenShift, alongside managing CI/CD pipelines. Build and maintain backend architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security standards across services. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing input and ideas for continuous team improvement. Take full ownership of tasks from conception through to final delivery, ensuring completion with high discipline and attention to detail. Qualifications & Requirements Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Bring a minimum of 4 years of professional experience working as a Backend Engineer or in a similar capacity. Possess strong technical skills in modern frameworks, specifically Java and Spring Boot (familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular is a plus). Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining structural concepts clearly and coordinating effectively both individually and within a team. Exhibit high levels of initiative, discipline, responsibility, and meticulousness in day-to-day work. Have experience with Elasticsearch and other non-relational databases. Possess prior experience leading a backend team. Have a strong advantage if you have experience developing security tools. Show less
