Software Engineer

The Role We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our Client's growing Agentic AI team. You will design, build, and operationalize production-grade AI agent systems that integrate large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-step workflows with enterprise systems. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on solving real-world business problems through intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities: Design and build Agentic AI systems using LLMs and orchestration frameworks Develop and optimize RAG pipelines and embedding-based retrieval logic Build orchestration workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related technologies Engineer backend services and APIs (Python, Node.js, JavaScript) to integrate AI agents with internal systems and databases Deploy and operationalize AI solutions using containerization (Docker/Podman) and CI/CD pipelines Write clean, well-documented code and maintain GitHub-quality standards Collaborate with technical leadership and matrixed stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions Monitor and optimize model performance, inference speed, and system reliability What We're Looking For Must-Have: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, AI application development, or workflow automation Fluent English (C1/C2 level required; essential for collaboration with international teams) Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript Hands-on experience building with LLMs and Large Language Models Practical experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems Experience with LangChain or LangGraph for agent orchestration Ability to write production-quality code (GitHub profile review will be part of evaluation) Experience deploying AI systems in production environments Understanding of inference optimization, model evaluation, and observability Nice-to-Have: Exposure to data engineering, data science, or analytics Experience with vector databases and enterprise retrieval systems Familiarity with orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n) Experience with MCP or similar tool-integration frameworks Understanding of enterprise AI architecture and governance Working Conditions Schedule: 7 AM – 4 PM, Monday–Friday (working hours aligned with international client needs) Team Size: Small, high-impact team of 3 engineers Reporting: Direct technical leadership with collaborative input from stakeholders Benefits: BPJS health & employment insurance (standard Indonesian benefits), THR annual bonus (prorated) Why Join?
